Terms of study
What you and we agree to when you enrol in a course at Zion Seminary.
Accounts
One account per person. Your account is yours — do not share your sign-in details.
Give accurate details when you register. Your certificate is issued in the name you provide.
If you are under 18, enrol with a parent's or guardian's consent.
Fees and access
Course fees are shown on each course page, in Indian rupees, inclusive of all taxes.
Access is granted only once payment is confirmed. A failed payment grants no access and takes no money.
Unless a course says otherwise, you may access it for 12 months from enrolment.
Fees may change. The fee you paid applies to your enrolment; a later change does not affect you.
Course materials
All materials — recordings, notes, quizzes — belong to Zion Seminary or its teachers.
You may use them for your own study. You may not download and share, republish, sell, or show them to a class without written permission.
Sharing your sign-in or redistributing materials ends your access without a refund.
Assessment and certificates
Each course states its pass mark. Finish the course and reach that mark and a certificate is issued.
Every certificate carries a verification code, so an employer or church can confirm on our site that it is genuine.
Zion Seminary’s certificates are accredited by NATA — the Nations Association for Theological Accreditation. Zion Seminary has also received accreditation from Dayspring Theological University.
Conduct
Treat other students and teachers with respect.
Assessments are to be your own work. Copying, or having someone else sit an assessment for you, is grounds for cancelling a certificate.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
What we may change
We may improve, update or correct course materials.
If we have to withdraw a course entirely, students already enrolled will be given the chance to finish or refunded pro rata.
If these terms change, the date on this page is updated.
Liability
We prepare courses carefully, but we do not guarantee any particular job, ministry or outcome.
We are not responsible for matters outside our control, such as an interruption to your internet service.
In any event our liability does not exceed what you paid for the course in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall to the courts of Tirunelveli.
