Privacy policy

What we collect

When you open an account: your name, mobile number, email address, and whatever else you choose to give us — date of birth, address, church membership.

While you study: which lessons you opened, how much you finished, your quiz marks, and any assignments you upload.

When you pay: which course, how much, when, and the transaction reference the payment gateway returns. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password.

Why we keep it

To run your account and show you the courses you enrolled in.

To record your progress, issue your certificate, and let an employer or church verify that certificate later.

To send receipts, course announcements, and the password reset links you ask for.

To meet our obligation to keep accounting records.

Who we share it with

The payment gateway (Razorpay) — only as much as is needed to process a payment. Their own privacy policy is on their website.

Our email provider — only to deliver the messages we send you.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to advertisers. We disclose only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your account and study records stay until you ask us to delete them. Certificate records are kept permanently — otherwise a certificate you earned could not be verified afterwards.

Payment records are kept for as long as Indian law requires.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.

Ask us to correct anything wrong — much of it you can edit yourself on your profile page.

Ask us to delete your account. Payment and certificate records remain, for the reasons above.

Opt out of promotional messages. Account messages such as payment receipts continue.

Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — only a hash, from which the password cannot be recovered.

No system can be guaranteed secure. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in, to protect forms against forgery, and to remember which language you chose. There are no advertising cookies.
