Refund and cancellation policy
When you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.
In short
A full refund if you ask within 7 working days of enrolling and have completed no more than 25% of the course.
After that, no refund, apart from the exceptions below.
When you get a full refund
You ask within 7 working days of enrolling and have completed no more than 25% of the course.
A technical fault stopped you reaching the course and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
You were charged twice for the same enrolment — the extra charge is returned in full.
We cancel a course before it begins.
When you do not
More than 7 working days have passed since you enrolled.
You have completed more than 25% of the course, or already been issued a certificate.
Your account was suspended for breaching the terms — sharing a sign-in, or distributing materials.
Free courses, and amounts covered by a discount code.
How to ask
Email contact@zion-seminary.com. Writing from the same address or mobile number you enrolled with is quickest.
Tell us the course, the date you paid, and why you are asking.
We reply within 5 working days.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go back by the same route you paid — the same card, UPI or bank account. We cannot send it somewhere else.
Razorpay and your bank take 5–10 working days to return it. That delay is not ours to control.
Access to the course ends once the refund is processed.
Cancellation
There are no recurring subscriptions at Zion Seminary. Each course is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
You may abandon an enrolment at any point before paying — there is no charge for courses you have not completed enrolling in.
